1. Business details and acceptance

By creating an account, placing an order, booking a consultation or using an interactive service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the affected service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract.
• Provide accurate, current information and keep account credentials and OTPs confidential.
• Tell us promptly about unauthorised account use. We may require verification before changing sensitive account information.
• Do not impersonate another person, create deceptive duplicate accounts, misuse referral benefits or use automated means to disrupt the service.

3. Products, descriptions and availability

We try to keep product images, pack sizes, ingredients, prices, stock and descriptions accurate. Packaging may change and screen colours may differ. Read the delivered label before use.

Listing a product is an invitation to place an order, not a guarantee of supply. We may correct an obvious error or cancel an unavailable item and will communicate the cancellation and any applicable refund.

4. Orders, prices and payment

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise. Delivery charges and discounts are shown before final payment and may depend on pincode, order value and active offers.
• An order is accepted when we issue confirmation after any required payment and prescription review. An automated acknowledgement alone does not guarantee acceptance.
• Payments are processed by authorised payment providers. We do not store full card, CVV or UPI credentials.
• We may refuse or cancel an order for stock failure, prescription failure, pricing error, payment risk, delivery unavailability, suspected fraud or legal restriction. Any amount due back will be handled under the refund policy.

5. Prescription products

• A valid prescription from a registered veterinarian is required where the product or law requires it.
• The prescription must be genuine, legible, current and issued for the relevant animal and treatment. Do not alter, reuse improperly or submit another person’s prescription without authority.
• We may verify the prescription, request clarification, limit quantity or refuse fulfilment. Uploading a prescription does not guarantee that every medicine is available or appropriate.
• Follow the veterinarian’s directions and product label, including dosage, contraindications and milk/meat withdrawal periods. Contact a veterinarian for adverse reactions or urgent symptoms.

6. Veterinary consultations and digital guidance

Consultations depend on veterinarian availability, the information you provide and whether remote care is appropriate. The veterinarian remains responsible for professional clinical judgment and may recommend an in-person examination.

Dr. Paw, scan, matching, articles, calculators and automated suggestions provide general educational or navigation support. They do not diagnose an animal, prescribe treatment or replace a registered veterinarian. In an emergency, contact a local veterinarian immediately.

7. Delivery, cancellation, returns and refunds

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by pincode serviceability, courier operations, weather, regulatory checks or events outside reasonable control.

Cancellation, return, replacement and refund eligibility is governed by the Shipping, Returns & Refunds and Return Policy pages shown before or after purchase. Medicines, temperature-sensitive, opened, used or hygiene-sensitive goods may have lawful safety restrictions. This does not remove remedies available for defective, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

8. Communications and consent

We may send service communications necessary for authentication, orders, payments, delivery, refunds, consultations, safety and support. Promotional SMS, push notifications and optional tracking require the relevant choice and can be disabled through profile or Privacy Choices settings.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes the personal data and purpose for account, order, prescription, consultation, AI, security and analytics processing; recipients; retention; rights; grievance route; and consent withdrawal. It forms part of these Terms but remains a standalone privacy notice.

10. Acceptable use

• Do not upload unlawful, malicious, infringing or deceptive material.
• Do not probe security, bypass access controls, scrape at disruptive scale, reverse engineer protected services or interfere with another user.
• Do not use the platform to obtain regulated products unlawfully or to harass veterinarians, staff or other users.
• We may restrict access proportionately while investigating misuse, protecting users or complying with law, and will preserve consumer and privacy rights that survive restriction.

11. Intellectual property and user content

The KK Nutrivet name, site design and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. You may use the service for personal, lawful purposes but may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to host, secure and process it only to provide the requested service, meet legal duties and resolve disputes, as described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. We do not exclude liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of non-excludable statutory duties, or consumer remedies that Indian law requires.

You are responsible for providing accurate animal, prescription, address and contact information and for using products according to professional directions and labels.

13. Account closure and records

You may request account closure or erasure using the privacy contact in the Privacy Policy. We will delete or anonymise data no longer needed, but may retain orders, invoices, prescriptions, consultations, security logs or dispute records where law or an unresolved transaction requires retention.

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Courts with lawful jurisdiction in Brahmapur, Odisha will have jurisdiction, subject to any consumer forum, Data Protection Board or other statutory forum that you are entitled to approach.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms for service, safety or legal changes. The updated date will be shown here. Material changes will be notified prominently and will apply prospectively; where law requires renewed consent, continued processing will wait for that choice.
