Cash on Delivery
(COD) Policy

• KK Nutrivet may contact customers by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email to confirm a COD order before dispatch.
• Orders that remain unconfirmed or where the customer cannot be reached may be held, cancelled, or offered on a prepaid basis.
• Customers are requested to provide an accurate delivery address, an active phone number, and availability to receive the parcel.

If a COD order is returned because the customer refuses delivery, repeatedly fails to respond to the delivery agent, or is unavailable to receive the parcel without a valid reason:

• The customer may be notified of the unsuccessful delivery.
• Future orders may be restricted to prepaid payment.
• COD may be restored at KK Nutrivet’s discretion after reviewing the circumstances.

If a customer has two or more COD orders returned for unexplained or customer-attributable reasons:

• COD privileges may be suspended.
• Future orders may be accepted only after successful online payment.
• Repeated misuse, false order details, or persistent refusal to accept confirmed orders may result in order cancellation or restrictions on future purchases.

KK Nutrivet reserves the right to verify orders and cancel an order before dispatch if the customer cannot be reached, the order cannot be confirmed, the address is incomplete, or there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or repeated misuse of COD.

Customers will be informed when an order is cancelled wherever reasonably practicable.

Customers whose COD facility has been restricted may continue to place eligible orders using the online payment options available on our website.

Prepaid orders remain subject to product availability, prescription verification where applicable, and our other applicable website policies.
